  1. (71) Disney Movie: National Treasure. (2004) This is probably my two favorite Nicholas Cage rolls that I have seen him do. They had a great cast for this movie. A LOT of adventure scenes which I liked a lot. Riley is so cute. I hate that they're so mean to him, he is super smart. They did a good job picking the villain in this movie also picking the characters names. Benjamin Franklin Gates, played by Nicholas Cage. I mean that characters name has a lot to live up to. The actress who plays Abigail does an amazing job. Other than her scenes with Ben. My favorite from this film has to be when she is running from the bad guys and jumps behind a food vender counter, the lady says "If you're not a steak you shouldn't be here." Abigail responds, "I am just hiding from my EX HUSBAND." An amazing line. The food vendor lady says "Baldy?" Abigail says yes. Food vendor lady "Honey, stay as long as you like." Then she talks to the man and asks him she can help him. He tells her to "shut up". When he leaves the vendor says. "I see why you left him." I mean its just a small scene in the movie but I think its brilliant absolutely brilliant. I like how the lead FBI agent works out with Ben that he doesn't have to go to prison, because Ben was only trying to protect the Declaration of Independence from the bad guys and he did his best in protecting it. Over all the first one of these is a good movie. Second one is probably better.

  2. (72) Disney Movie: Mulan II. (2005) This was a good way to wrap up Mulan and Shang's storyline. Really mad that they had to recast Mushu's voice actor because Eddie Murphy had signed a contract with Dream Work's to voice Donkey from the Shrek franchise. So Disney had their hands tied. Even though Mushu's character is still great, it didn't have the same magic that Eddie Murphy brought to the character. I like that we see the solider trio all found love, very cool it was with the Emperors Daughters.

  3. (73) Disney Movie: The Pacifier. (2005) I really like Vin Diesels character in this film. His growth is incredible. He starts out as a Navy Seal that hated children and a heart made of stone. He is then put in charge of protecting and taking care five children for a few weeks, with the mother out of the country and he had witnessed their fathers death. All five kids have a laundry list of all their problems of their own problems but Vin Diesels character learns what each specific child needs and what would best help them over come their problems. He turns this troubled and grieving family into a family who trusted each other, and knew their own responsibilities but still supported and loved each other. It was super sweet. I love how he decides to leave the Navy and become the wrestling coach at the end to stay close to the family and also falls in love with the schools principal.

  4. (74) Disney Movie: Ice Princess. (2005) I saw this movie a lot when it first came out. But it has been years since I have seen it. I really loved it. The woman who owned the ice skating arena and was a ice skating coach was very mean to the main character in the beginning was very mean to her and sabotaged her a couple times. She was trying to make her daughter the star when her daughter actually wanted nothing to do with completion ice skating and the main characters actually had way more natural raw talent. I love how the main characters relationship with her own mother grows. My favorite scene is when its the final completion of the season and the main character is doing her performance and she ends up falling but as she is competing she sees her mother who originally said she wasn't coming in the crowd. This totally changed the main characters attitude and she finally knew she had her mothers acceptance and turns out to have the best comeback in years. She even throws in the move that she fell on before and nails it. She ends up winning the competition. I think it's great it comes full circle that the ice skating arena owner came around and became the main characters coach and began to respect her. It's also fitting that the main character also falls in love with her coaches son.

  5. (75) Disney Movie: Herbie: Fully Loaded. (2005) This is a remake of the original Herbie movies, however I have not seen the originals, yet I should say since they are apart of this challenge. This one I saw several times when I was younger mainly for these reasonsL 1) I was a huge Lindsey Lohan fan at the time and was watching the majority of her age rang appropriate films that she was in and 2) my dad loved the original films and my mom thought it would be something we would both enjoy together. Other than that it started Lindsey Lohan and a talking Volkswagen Beetle car that was a rare car is pretty much all I remember about the film.

  6. (76) Disney Movie: Sky High. (2005) I saw this movie a total of probably three times. I did not like it at all there were several scenes that creeped me out so I've blocked out this movie, thank God there is not a sequel.

  7. (77) Disney Movie: Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch has a Glitch. (2005) I've seen this movie maybe twice. I was very disappointed that Mr. Cobra bubbles was not in this film. I am glad they showed Nani's relationship with David. I am glad they saved Stitch.

  8. (78) Disney Movie: Chicken Little. (2005) I saw this movie many years ago one time and I hated it. So no creative comments sorry.

  9. (79) Disney Movie: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe. (2005) I've seen this movie several times. I read the books with my mom growing up as well. I really connected with the sibling characters Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy. Which I am only a year younger than the actress who plays Lucy. I loved all the characters especially the beaver couple. They were so cute and really funny. They also truly protected and cared for the two sons of Adam and two daughters of Eve. (that's a reference to how the siblings were referred to in the movie and the books) Loved this movie. It has so many references to the Bible which makes me happy.

  10. (80) Disney Movie: Eight Below (2006) This movie gives you all the feels especially if you are a dog lover. Paul Walker does a great job in this film who is a field guide in the Arctic and is in charge of the dog sled team which he loves the dogs as if they were his own children. While he is out on mission with a Scientist he gets called to come back early because there is a major storm coming. A series of events happen before they finally make it back the Scientist has a broken leg and he has frostbite. The storm is getting bad one of the biggest that they've seen in years, he passes out and they have to leave the dogs and say they will come back for them since there is not enough room on the plane. Unfortunately, he wakes up two days later and they had not retrieved his dogs and the weather is so bad that no one is going out and they even canceled the winter teams. Jerry (Paul Walkers character) does not stop fighting to get back to his dogs back. Through out the movie it shows the different ways Jerry is fighting to get back to his dogs and also shows updates on how the dogs are doing and how many days they have been on their own. He finally gets back to the base in the Arctic. He finds that Old Jack his senior dog didn't make it and didn't make it off the chain and realizes the rest of the dogs got loose. Which gives him hope. Then five of his dogs appear. Max his youngest dog leads all of them back to their dad Jerry. He is happy to see those five, but looks off into the distance hoping see his Maya girl, the only female of the bunch. He doesn't. Jerry and the others, after they properly bury Old Jack, load up the other dogs as it is time to leave Max refuses to get in the vehicle. He runs off and Jerry chases him while the others just wait. Max leads Jerry to Maya. Jerry is relieved to see Maya, but then he thinks she is dead as he notices she injured and just lying there. He sighs and begins to cry. He thanks Max for bringing his girl home, then Maya's head moves and she sees Jerry and is so happy. She can't walk so he carries her to the vehicles were the others are waiting. Jerry has 6 of his eight dogs back. He reunited with his girlfriend Katie and lives happily ever after with his dogs.
